1. Service Availability GLOBALVISAVIETNAM'S customer support is available 24/7 through various channels. For direct inquiries via phone, email, or live chat, our working hours are:
- Monday to Friday: 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:15 AM to 11:30 AM
- Requests outside these hours can be sent via email or hotline, and we will respond during the next working session.
2. Application Processing Time Processing time refers to the period needed to complete visa procedures, from submitting documents to receiving results. It varies depending on the embassy’s requirements and only starts once we have received a complete application from you, confirmed by a GLOBALVISAVIETNAM staff member.
In cases of urgent requests, GLOBALVISAVIETNAM will guide you through the best solutions available. However, processing may be extended if additional documents or interviews are required by the embassy.
3. Fees and Payment
- Consular Fees: Fees charged by the embassy for visa issuance.
- Translation and Notarization Fees: Costs for translating and notarizing your documents.
- Service Fees: The amount GLOBALVISAVIETNAM charges for handling your visa application.
- Additional Charges: Any extra costs for supplementary services will be communicated upfront.
- All fees must be paid in full at the time of submitting your application. You can pay via:
- Direct payment at our office or through an authorized GLOBALVISAVIETNAM representative.
- Bank transfer to our corporate account, with proof of payment submitted via email.
- Credit card through a secure payment link provided upon request.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy GLOBALVISAVIETNAM reserves the right to decline service in cases where your documentation is incomplete or if urgent timelines cannot be met. Full refunds will be issued for cancellations prior to application submission.
No refunds will be provided under these circumstances:
- Your application has been submitted to the embassy.
- False information or forged documents have been provided.
- You are on a government list prohibiting entry or exit.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 working days via bank transfer, credit card, or in-person at our office.
5. Privacy and Data Security GLOBALVISAVIETNAM is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected during the visa application process will only be used for this purpose and will not be shared with any third parties. Your data is encrypted, and only you or your authorized representative can access it.
